We have been working with Folio3 since 2018. We are extremely fortunate to have found such a fantastic team of people. They are professional, organized, time-sensitive, and their work is stellar. Most recently, we needed support with dynamic schema mark-up and GA4 event integrations. They ensured schema was coded properly within our Big Commerce custom theme and our purchases, HubSpot and Call Rail events are now set-up and reporting properly in GA4. Also, if you are thinking about changing to Big Commerce from a different eCommerce platform, make sure you hire Folio3. We moved our site from Magento to Big Commerce. Our site move was exceptionally complex, the most complicated in my career. The Folio3 team exceeded my expectations in every way.

I just wanted to take a moment and express my gratitude for the exceptional work being done by the folks we're working with at Folio3. It was not an easy decision to sign off on a large contract (for us anyway) with a company half a world away, to take on an incredibly important project, but I'm really glad I did.
