Scottsdale Bachelorette is a planning service that organizes unforgettable party experiences for bachelorette groups visiting Scottsdale, Arizona. We migrated their site to Wix Studio to improve performance, streamline the booking process, and introduce a more intuitive shopping flow. The new site allows users to easily browse party packages, customize experiences, and book with confidence, all from one platform.
Scottsdale Bachelorette was experiencing growing demand for its services, but its existing website lacked the flexibility and structure to support its evolving business model. The previous setup made it difficult for users to book services, browse offerings, or check out easily, especially on mobile devices. Behind the scenes, the team struggled with manual processes, fragmented content, and limited tools for customizing the customer journey. To scale effectively, the brand needed a new digital foundation that would streamline operations, simplify shopping and booking, and make managing its offerings easier.
The previous site lacked flexibility for managing complex service packages, pricing tiers, and availability. It also made visual merchandising difficult, limiting how packages were presented to users.
Users had no clear path from browsing services to booking or purchasing. The lack of flows led to confusion and reduced conversions.
With the majority of traffic coming from mobile, the old site wasn’t optimized for smaller screens, leading to high bounce rates, abandoned bookings, and a frustrating customer experience.
The old site lacked proper SEO structure and didn’t meet accessibility standards, making it harder for users to find the site on search engines and limiting usability.

We migrated the entire site from Wix Classic to Wix Studio, enabling modern creative tools, better performance, and enhanced control over page layouts and responsiveness. This gave the Scottsdale Bachelorette team the flexibility they needed to deliver a brand-aligned user experience.

We redesigned the full site in Figma, prioritizing mobile-first UX, visual storytelling, interactivity, and a premium look and feel. The new design reflects the brand’s persona while improving clarity and conversion across all touchpoints.

We restructured and rebuilt the product catalog to better showcase decor packages, upsells, and party add-ons. Each product now features optimized layouts, high-quality visuals, and intuitive presentation, all designed to support upselling and fast decision-making.

The new site was restructured for SEO best practices and ADA compliance, including semantic markup, alt text, metadata, and navigation optimizations, ensuring higher visibility and accessibility.

We implemented major performance enhancements across the site, including image optimization, responsive loading, and mobile speed improvements to minimize bounce rates and improve engagement.
