We delivered a fully headless BigCommerce solution, customized for complex B2B needs, regional compliance, and NetSuite ERP (B2B Edition) integration. It resulted in a high-performance, scalable platform built for both target consumers and internal teams.
LiCor BIO had outgrown its legacy eCommerce setup. The platform wasn’t equipped to handle B2B complexities, lacked ERP connectivity, and performed below expectations in terms of SEO and site speed. Their global customer base needed a smarter, faster, and more flexible buying experience.
Ensuring a seamless flow between Li-Cor Bio’s educational content site and new eCommerce platform was challenging, requiring a unified experience in design, performance, and functionality.
Their previous system lacked support for tiered pricing, shopping lists, quotes, and invoice management, all crucial for enterprise procurement workflows.
Order, inventory, and customer data had to be manually managed between the store and NetSuite, creating inefficiencies and frequent data inconsistencies.
Slow load times and weak Core Web Vitals negatively impacted SEO rankings and user experience, especially on mobile.

LiCor needed a partner who could securely migrate all historical company, user, and order data into a new system without downtime.

We built a completely headless storefront using BigCommerce’s Catalyst starter theme, giving LiCor BIO total control over frontend performance, flexibility, and UX.

Using our dedicated NetSuite connector, we enabled real-time sync of customers, orders, product data, and pricing, fully automating back-office operations. We also integrated B2B features like custom quotes, invoices, companies, etc.

We implemented condition-based shipping logic that differentiates between hazardous and non-hazardous products, dynamically displaying appropriate shipping methods based on product type and customer location.

Buyers are now automatically shown the correct currency and available products based on geolocation, improving global usability and compliance. Moreover, location and currency settings can now be manually adjusted.

We securely migrated thousands of data points across companies, users, addresses, and historical order.

We rebuilt the storefront structure using an advanced tech stack and Core Web Vitals best practices, achieving a 50% improvement in site performance.
