Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Company’s services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of United States and foreign laws.

The Company reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Company’s services after any such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
